- Twice monthly, 30-min group sessions
- Four return-to-activity (running, sport, gym, etc.) BMP recordings
- One, live virtual group routine- and support-building workshop
- Access to full BMP Community - community boards and facilitated group calls and Mommy Buddy

Everything in “Reconnect,” plus
- Join additional 30-min individual session. 2x/month, 6 live virtual sessions
