Yes. Priority One Wellness offers the option to pay by cash or though insurance for one on one services.

Priority One Wellness offers a variety of health and wellness services including physical therapy, breathwork training, yoga, Reiki, workshops, webinars, guest lectures, and conference courses.

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing technique used for stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki is often used in conjunction with other traditional medicines.

We understand that life happens and can impact your ability to attend your scheduled visits. We ask that you give us advanced notice in order to honor our our time as we honor yours. If less than 24 hour notice is given, the following late cancellation fees apply:

Physical Tune Ups or Breath and Movement sessions - $50 per late cancelled session

Breathwork or Energy Reset Sessions - $25 per late cancelled session
