Weekend 1 — Understanding Your Postpartum Journey

  • Gain clarity on what recovery can look like from 6 weeks to 2 years after birth

  • Identify the support you need to heal, function, and feel like yourself again
  • Learn how to communicate boundaries and ask for help with confidence


Weekend 2 - Physical Recovery & Reconnecting with Your Body

  • Understand common physical changes after pregnancy and birth, including core and pelvic recovery
  • Learn how to safely reawaken your body through breathwork, gentle movement, and mobility
  • Recognize signs that your body needs more support, rest, or rehabilitation
  • Discover ways to rebuild strength without pushing too fast or risking injury
  • Explore restorative movement options that support healing, energy, and function


Weekend 3 - Mental Wellness, Identity & Return to Fitness

  • Normalize (but not minimize) the emotional realities of life after baby
  • Learn simple tools to calm your nervous system and reduce overwhelm
  • Explore ways to care for yourself that are realistic for this season of life
  • Reconnect with your identity, relationships, and the activities that bring you joy
