Our Studio provides healing tools for the newly postpartum person.
In my early days of postpartum, I had a difficult time adjusting to the newness of it all - the demands, the changes on my body and brain. I turned to journaling as a tool for relieving depression and anxiety. As I journaled, along with other healing tools, I began to notice a shift in my ability to cope and adjust to new motherhood. To this day, journaling is a great way for me to organize my day-to-day thoughts and emotions.
There are two journal options: one 42-paged guided journal with prompts and one 194-paged lined journal. Both are incredible gifts for baby showers, a first Mother's Day, birthday, or just-because!
"It's perfect. I love the prompts. Sometimes I get thrown off with journaling because I have writing prompts that I'll just start going on and on with, but it's actually making me be concise. Also, since my time is usually limited it's the perfect amount of time to do the main page and the prompt first thing in the morning, so I really like it." - new girl mom customer
